upgrading pharmacists’ skills

users’ increase on the platform by 2500%

easy management of content and training on the platform

intuitive navigation and availability of educational materials

For many years Nutricia Medyczna, as a part of the Danone group, has been taking care of providing the best solutions in the field of medical nutrition for children and adults in accordance with the idea and principles of Best Care. The goal of Nutricia's project is to broaden pharmacists' knowledge and promote products that meet the needs of patients as comprehensive solutions that help maintain high quality of life.

Diagnosis of the problem

The e-learning system previously used by Nutricia didn’t meet the 100% of intended purpose and needs. Adding each new feature was problematic and maintenance and report generation was impossible.

The choice of system

Due to the fact that we had prepared a similar e-learning platform for Nutricia before, the client decided to cooperate with our company also on this project.

Gaining knowledge = earning points

The most important goal of the project was to create a space for pharmacists to encourage their knowledge. The key to meeting this goal was the use of gamification. The system awarded points for completed training and quizzes, which pharmacists could exchange for attractive prizes.

An advanced e-learning platform

Nutricia Pharmaceutical University is an educational portal. The aim of the platform is to deep pharmacists’ knowledge by participating in training, completing quizzes and reading articles about products offered by Nutricia Medical in the Knowledge Base. Pharmacists collect points as part of a loyalty program. They can exchange them for rewards. In addition, they receive certificates honored by the Supreme Pharmaceutical Chamber.

Interactive trainings as a form of expanding the knowledge

One of the best ways to facilitate the learning process is interactive training. The content of the training is divided into specific topics and given in a simple, intuitive and comprehensive manner.

Progress in learning process

All information related to learning progress is visible in the main view of the module. In the training module we can quickly check the progress of our learning, we can see training to do and completed training (marked with green color).

Quizzes and scoring as a form of pharmacist activation

Each training course is followed by a quiz to see if the user has absorbed the information contained in the subject material. This module summary helps pharmacists remember more material and earn credits.

Redeem points for prizes

The motivation of pharmacists to expand their knowledge is strengthened by the possibility of exchanging points earned in quizzes for attractive prizes such as high quality blankets, jackets or mugs.

Dedicated panel

The system created for Nutricia Pharmaceutical University has a dedicated panel where the prize pool can be easily and intuitively managed. The administrator can divide awards into 3 categories based on several point thresholds. The user is given a choice - whether they want a prize of the value of the points they have already earned, or whether they want to keep earning points by participating in quizzes and choose a prize from the next threshold.
